Carolyn is Office Manager and Executive Assistant for the Bermuda office.

Carolyn has 15 years’ experience working in Bermuda’s financial services industry. She began her professional journey in corporate communications at XL Capital Ltd, now known as AXA XL. During that time, she helped to champion the Bermuda market through various campaigns to attract local talent to the industry and to highlight Bermudas importance in responding to global loss events. After XL, she enjoyed a similar role in a global law firm, and was also the sole employee of a non-profit environmental organisation.

If Carolyn was not working for McGill and Partners, she would spend time with her family, and either become a screenwriter or a teacher (or both!).
