David is a Quality Assurance Lead in our Operations team, focusing on managing, maintaining and implementing the firm’s quality assurance methodology throughout the broking business.
David has worked within the financial services industry, including insurance broking, for circa three decades. During his career, he has held several quality assurance roles in the first and second line of defence, across both the operations and compliance functions.
If David was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be a lead singer in a rock and roll band.
