Melanie is a Partner in our Facultative Reinsurance team, responsible for production in the Caribbean and Central America.
Melanie started her career in 2011 as a Facultative Broker at RRISC, and later at JLT. Her most recent role was at Marsh and McLennan in Miami as the Head of Broking, specializing in Property and Casualty.
If Melanie was not working for McGill and Partners, she would have her own animal rescue.
