Lynne has more than thirty years’ experience in HR, working mainly in private equity-backed businesses, helping to build and transform businesses by focusing on designing and delivering leading-edge employee experiences.
If she wasn’t working with McGill and Partners, Lynne would probably be a milliner, due to her love of hats.
