Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Minnati worked at Aon Benfield for six years, Guy Carpenter for three and half years and Lockton Re for one and half years before that. Minnati’s insurance experience includes property facultative and property/casualty treaty.
If Minnati was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be designing homes.
