Ashley is a Partner in our Complex Property and Casualty team with a focus on building the North American client base for large casualty, including workers compensation, general liability, auto liability, and umbrella/excess liability.
With over 15 years industry experience, Ashley works closely with leading casualty insurance companies to deliver innovative and strategic risk transfer solutions for large, sophisticated clients. She has held several roles including 8 years with Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Casualty Broker, in addition to her time spent with Zurich Insurance Company and Marsh & McLennan. Ashley has worked in a range of industries including transportation, healthcare, retail and hospitality, and manufacturing.
If Ashley was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be documenting her travels around the world.
