| Graham is a Partner in Specialty Broking, his expertise in international reinsurance markets, captive management, coverage structures, and carrier relationships, will drive focused and tailored solutions for complex client needs.
Graham has over 21 years of experience in the international insurance industry holding senior roles at WTW, and Aon across broking, captives, and risk consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is ACII qualified. Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Graham worked at Aon as a global leader in captive and reinsurance advisory, coordinating teams across multiple domiciles, delivering strategic and complex captive reinsurance strategies aligned to client ROE goals. Prior to joining Aon, he held senior roles at WTW including Executive Director, Chief Executive/General Manager, and Chief Risk Officer. If Graham wasn’t working at McGill and Partners, he would be on the golf course or planning trips with his family.
