Andrew is a Partner and Head of our Structured Solutions team.

Andrew started his career at Guy Carpenter as a Casualty Reinsurance Broker, before moving to Aon in 2005 to join the Structured and Alternative Risk Team, ReSolutions. Within Aon, Andrew served as Managing Director of ReSolutions before forming a new unit Global Portfolio Broking, and latterly was CEO of the Global MGA and Portfolio Solutions business.

If he wasn’t working for McGill and Partners, Andrew would probably be growing grapes.
