Sam is a Partner in our Financial Lines M&A team, focused on warranty and indemnity/representation and, tax and contingent insurance solutions
Sam qualified as a lawyer before spending four years placing M&A insurance for clients across the M&A spectrum. While Sam has acted for private equity and corporate clients globally, he has significant experience broking M&A insurance in the UK, Benelux and CEE regions. Sam has also spent time on secondment in Hong Kong and Singapore and has advised several South-East Asian clients on investments in Europe.
If Sam was not with McGill and Partners, he would be travelling around Latin America.
