Darby is our Office Manager, based in New York. She oversees our offices in New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami, and Bermuda.
Darby began her career in hospitality management working for luxury brands such as Conrad Hilton, Loews, and Omni properties. More recently, she spent the previous six and half years as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for Branford Castle Partners, L.P. in New York, before joining the team at McGill and Partners.
If Darby was not working for McGill and Partners, she would go back to school for a degree in social work, hike with her dog, volunteer her time, or watch her Arizona Wildcats play [American] football.
