Katie is a Partner in our Financial Lines team in the US, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her focus is on the structuring, negotiation and placement of representations and warranties, tax and contingent liability insurance for corporates and private equity firms.
Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Katie worked in a variety of financial services roles in New York for over 10 years and most recently was a Director on AB InBev’s M&A team. Prior to her time doing in-house M&A at ABI, Katie worked in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, where she covered financial sponsors, advising on and executing on transactions in a wide range of sectors. Katie was previously the Head of Business Development at HedgeServ Corporation, a global fund administrator in New York, as well as an Associate in PwC’s Risk Assurance practice, where she performed IT audits primarily in the Entertainment, Media, and Communications sector. Katie is a CPA in the state of New York, and received her MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
If Katie was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be a sideline reporter for ESPN.
