After qualifying as an accountant with KPMG in 1985, Andy spent 13 years with Kleinwort Benson in a variety of roles, ultimately becoming the finance director of the investment management and private banking division. He joined Rathbone Brothers plc as Finance Director in 1999, and then served as Chief Executive Officer from 2004 until 2014.
In 2003, Andy started his Non-Executive career, joining the board of Beazley plc. Since then, Andy has been a Non-Executive Director of several public and private companies and is currently Chairman of Sabre Insurance Group plc.
