Ross is our Head of Compliance – Europe, focusing on Irish and EU compliance.
Ross qualified as a solicitor in 2010. He then joined Callidus Solutions Ltd, a compliance consultancy service for the insurance industry. He then spent the next 9 years working at Willis Towers Watson within the Compliance function. He focused on areas such as general compliance, legal negotiation and financial crime. He processed a number of regulatory authorisations and won a Willis global award for teamwork. Ross also worked for the Compliance function at the European headquarters of World Nomads Travel Insurance.
If Ross was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be writing books in the west of Ireland.
