Jemma Waterstone
Business Analyst
Jemma is a Business Analyst in the Project Management Office team, where she is responsible for supporting the team in the successful implementation of efficient business processes and projects to deliver a new operating model.
Jemma has over 20 years experience in the London insurance market in various technical, underwriting and support roles including 13 years as a Business Analyst and 2 years as an Assistant Underwriter. Most recently she was Lead Business Analyst at Verisk, working on delivery of the Rulebook application for a US insurer. She has previously worked for Hiscox, MS Amlin, Liberty and Brit.
If Jemma was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be baking cakes, eating cakes and exercising to burn off cakes!
