Franca is our US Broking Operations Manager. Her primary responsibility is to provide operational, technical, and service support to the US broking and leadership team with focus on US Operations.
Franca brings 27 years’ (re)insurance experience and spent the last 20 years of her career in leadership and management positions. Most of her career was based working in runoff (discontinued lines) reinsurance. Franca has vast knowledge in finance/accounting, and operations. She is an expert in, creating strategies to aggressively pursue balances due from difficult creditors, developing and implementing controls, processes and procedures and managing continuous process improvement to enhance work efficiencies.
If Franca was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be on her boat, Sabre 42 SE, traveling to her next adventure with her favorite people and fur babies.
