Ivy is an IT Support Analyst in our Technology team.
Ivy began her career at McGill and Partners as part of our Reception team, before transitioning into our IT Helpdesk team as a Support Analyst. Since joining the IT team, Ivy has successfully completed her ITIL 4 Foundation course and is supporting the business across different IT processes.
If she was not working at McGill and Partners, Ivy would probably be traveling the world as a lion trainer for endangered African lions.
