Toby is our Group Head of HR.
Toby has thirty years’ HR experience, with more than twenty of those in Insurance Broking. He spent fifteen years at Aon, where he became Global Head of HR for Aon Benfield. He then spent five years at JLT as Head of HR for JLT Re and JLT Specialty.
If he wasn’t working with McGill and Partners, Toby would probably be a carpenter. Or a hairdresser.
