Scott is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for the Group. With the support of the wider team, he works with key stakeholders to ensure key risks are articulated and addressed; and the control framework is compliant with appropriate regulatory requirements.
Scott originally qualified as an accountant but has spent the last 20 years in risk and compliance roles at Miller, Lloyd’s of London and various Lloyd’s managing agencies.
If Scott was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be scuba diving somewhere tropical.
